Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Quip POS (the quippos.app website and the web, desktop and mobile apps), operated by GO RICH. By creating an account or using the system you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

1. Your account

  • Accounts are created in the name of a business. The account owner is responsible for accurate information and for keeping staff passwords and PINs confidential.
  • The owner is responsible for the permissions given to users they add and for actions performed from the account.

2. Free trial

  • New accounts created on the website get a 14-day free trial, once per business, with no card required.
  • When the trial ends, a subscription is needed to keep using the system. Your data is kept and you can subscribe at any time.

3. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in UAE dirhams at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period with your saved payment method (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) until you turn renewal off.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details on our servers.

4. Turning off renewal and cancelling

  • You can turn off renewal at any time from the subscription page in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again.
  • You can turn renewal back on before the period ends.

5. Changing plans

  • You can upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly at any time. The difference for the remaining days is prorated automatically and the change applies once the payment succeeds.

6. Failed payments

  • If a renewal cannot be collected we retry and let you know so you can update your payment method. If payment still fails, access may be paused until it is paid; your data is kept.

7. Refunds

  • Amounts paid for a period that has started are non-refundable, except for charges made in error or where required by law. Contact us within 14 days of a charge for any refund request.

8. Your data

  • Your business data (products, orders, customers and reports) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
  • You can request deletion of your account and data on the account deletion page.

9. Acceptable use

  • You may not use the system for unlawful activity, attempt to access other accounts' data, or disrupt the service.

10. Availability

  • We aim to keep the service available at all times; short maintenance windows may occur. The desktop app lets you keep selling during internet outages.

11. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
